Situated in the Township of Freedom, Portage County, Ohio, Lot No. 95 and described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the centerline of County Highway No. 211-A (Freedom Road) said point being approximately 208.00 feet North of the North line of the Erie Railroad right of way and being also the Northeast corner of a .15 acre parcel in the name of J. & M. Kristoff; thence Southwesterly along said Kristoff North line a distance of 132.00 feet to a point; thence Northeasterly along the East line of a 2.32 acre parcel in the name of J. & M. Kristoff, a distance of approximately 82.5 feet to the Southwest corner of a .21 acre parcel in the name of W. H. Sponaughle; thence Northeast along the South line of said Sponaugle lands to the centerline of C.H. 211-A (Freedom Road); thence Southeast along said centerline approximately 85.00 feet to the place of beginning and containing .25 acres of land more or less.
Said Premises Located at 7907 Freedom Road, Windham, OH 44288.
Said Premises Appraised at $75,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
