BR>; thence South 87 degrees 40' 52" East, 150.25 feet to a iron pin set on the line of Chafe, White & Sokol Tract O.R. 535, Page 238; thence with the West line of said tract South 00 degrees 49' 56" East, 135.00 feet to an iron pin found at the Northwest corner of Daugherty tract, O.R. 154, Page 969 of the Portage County Records. BR>; thence with the North line of said tract North 87 degrees 40' 52" West, 150.25 feet to an iron pipe found; thence with the West line of the Daugherty tract South 00 degrees 49' 56" East, 580.80 feet to a point in Bolender Road (T.H. 5-A) and passing a 2" iron pipe found 2" high at 560.82 feet; thence with said road and North line of Cultrona tract D.B. 997, Page 55, North 87 degrees 40' 51" West, 161.08 feet to a point in said road; thence leaving said road and within the 58.0787 acre tract North 00 degrees 52' 42" West, 120.00 feet to an iron pin set; thence North 07 degrees 51' 08" East, 535.77 feet to the place of beginning and containing 2.44211 acres. Surveyed under the supervision of William D. McCullough, Registered Professional Surveyor #6048 in October, 2004. Basis of bearing the West of 58.0787 acre tract by previous survey North 00 degrees 38' 43" West, but subject to all legal streets and restrictions of record. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
