Beginning at a 1/2" iron pipe found at the Southeasterly corner of Sublot 4 in Christa Acres as recorded in Volume 23, Page 66 of the Portage County Records of Plats; thence N. 89 deg. 23' 30" E., a distance of 30.30 feet to a point in the centerline of S.R. 44, Ravenna-Painesville Road; thence S. 08 deg. 46' 17" E., along the centerline of said S.R. 44, a distance of 385.91 feet to a point which marks the true place of beginning for the following described parcel of land; thence continuing S. 08 deg. 46' 17" E., along the centerline of S.R. 44, a distance of 264.59 feet to a point at the Northeasterly corner of land now or formerly owned by L. & M. Fidler (Volume 987, Page 394); thence S. 89 deg. 33' 13" W., (passing over a 1/2" iron pipe found at 30.32 feet), a distance of 440.25 feet to a 5/8" iron rod set at the Northwesterly corner of said Fidler (Volume 987, Page 394); thence S. 08 deg. 46' 17" E., along the Westerly line of said Fidler (Volume 987, Page 394), a distance of 200.00 feet to a 5/8" iron rod set in a Northerly line of land now or formerly owned by L. & M. Fidler (Volume 1003, Page 609); thence S. 89 deg. 33' 13" W., a distance of 10.76 feet to a 5/8" iron rod set at a Northwesterly corner of said Fidler (Volume 1003, Page 609); thence S. 02 deg. 27' 46" W., along a Westerly line of said Fidler (Volume 1003, Page 609), a distance of 29.72 feet to a 5/8" iron rod set; thence S. 89 deg. 33' 13" W., a distance of 470.02 feet to a 5/8" iron rod set; thence N. 50 deg. 15' 58" E., a distance of 771.69 feet to a 5/8" iron rod found; thecne N. 89 deg. 23' 30" E. (passing over a 5/8" iron rod found at 227.70 feet) a distance of 258.00 feet to the true place of beginning, containing 4.339 acres of land, more or less, as surveyed March 16, 1987 by Al Szuch & Associates, Registered Surveyor No. 5398.
