Beginning at the Southwest corner of said lot; thence N. 0 deg. 04' East along the West line of the lot, 1074.14 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 69 deg. 51' East, 608.30 feet to an iron pipe on the West line of Norval Poole; thence S. 0 deg. 04' West, 524.58 feet to a marked stone at the Southwest corner of Norval Poole; thence S. 0 deg. 04' West, 549.56 feet to the South line of the lot; thence N. 89 deg. 51' West, 608.30 feet to the place of beginning, containing 15 acres. Excepting therefrom a part of Lot No. 66 in said township being bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe in the West line of the lot and 1009.40 feet North of the Southwest corner of said lot; thence continuing North 0 deg. 04' East along the West line of said lot 64.75 feet to an iron pin in said West line; thence South 89 deg. 51' East, 608.30 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 0 deg. 04' West, 64.74 feet; thence North 89 deg. 51' West, 608.30 feet to the place of beginning and containing .904 acre of land. Said beginning point also known as the Southeast corner of Sublot No. 11 of the Biles Randolph Homesites, unrecorded, as surveyed by R. A. Weinkauf, R.S. 3859. Also excepting therefrom the following described property:

Beginning at an iron pipe found at the Southwest corner of Lot 66 on the centerline of C.H. 87, Waterloo Road; thence S. 89 deg. 51' E., a distance of 458.30 feet along the centerline of C.H. 87 to a point which is the true place of beginning; thence N. 0 deg. 04' E., a distance of 600.00 feet to an iron rod set; thence 89 deg. 51' E., a distance of 150.00 feet to an iron rod set on the East line of this Grantor; thence S. 0 deg. 04' W., a distance of 600.00 feet along the East line of this Grantor to a point on the centerline of C.H. 87 and the South line of Lot 66 at the S. E. corner of this Grantor; thence N. 89 deg. 51' W., a distance of 150.00 feet along said line to the true place of beginning and containing 2.086 acres of land as surveyed by Terrence R. Hohnhorst, Registered Professional Land Surveyor Number 5065 in October, 1977. Leaving a balance of 12.01 acres of land.

Said Premises Appraised at $230,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
