In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, "on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, in the Hon. Laurie J. Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of C.H. 65, known as Yale and Wayland Rd. which is the Southeast corner of Lot 12, Div 4, Southwest of said township; thence due West along the centerline of C.H. 55 and the South line of said Lot 12, a distance of 854.12 feet to a bridge spike which is the true place of beginning; thence continuing due West along the centerline of C.H. 55 and the South line of said Lot 12, a distance of 125.00 feet to a bridge spike; thence N. 2 deg. 00' E. and passing over an iron pipe 30.01 feet from the center of the road, a distance of 348.48 feet to an iron pipe; thence due East, a distance of 125.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 2 deg. 00' West, and passing over an iron pipe 30.01 feet from the center of the road, a distance of 346.48 feet to the place of beginning and containing 1.000 acres of land as surveyed by L. W. Satrom, R.S. 4226. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
