And known as being part of Lot 51 in said township and further described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Waterloo Road, C.H. 87-K and the West line of Lot 51; thence S. 61 deg. 45' E., along the centerline of Waterloo Road, 286.08 feet to a point at the Northeast corner of a parcel of land now or formerly owned by N. C. and S. R. Magrell as recorded in Deed Volume 892, Page 274 of the Portage County Record of Deeds and the true place of beginning of the parcel of land herein described; thence continuing S. 61 degrees 45' E., along the centerline of Waterloo Road, 183.98 feet to a point at the Northwesterly corner of a parcel of land now or formerly owned by F. H. and J. Starr, as recorded in Deed Volume 896, Page 167 of the Portage County Record of Deeds; thence S. 21 deg. 27' W., along the Westerly line of Star's land, 214.61 feet to an iron pipe and passing over an iron pipe 30.21 feet from the centerline of Waterloo Road; thence N. 63 deg. 08' 54", a distance of 131.12 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 58 deg. 17' 20" W., a distance of 53.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 21 deg. 27' E., a distance of 114.61 feet to the true place of beginning and passing over an iron pipe 30.21 feet from the centerline of Waterloo Road and containing 0.9068 acres of land more or less, but subject to all legal highways, restrictions, reservations, easements of record, if any, as surveyed by R. G. Twiggs, Registered Surveyor #5638 in March, 1975.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
