And known as being part of Lot No. 5 in the South Division of Lots in Ravenna Township, bounded as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the South line of West Riddle Avenue and the West line of Madison Street in said city; thence Westerly along the South line of West Riddle Avenue, a distance of 149 feet; thence Southerly and parallel to the West line of Madison Street, a distance of 116.7 feet to lands now or formerly owned by Albert L. Caris; thence Easterly and parallel to the South line of West Riddle Avenue along the lands now or formerly owned by Albert L. Caris, a distance of 149 feet to the West line of Madison Street; thence Northerly along the West line of Madison Street, 116.7 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Said Premises Located at 402 Madison Street, Ravenna, OH 44266.
Said Premises Appraised at $150,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
