Beginning at a 1/2" rebar set on the South line of Lot 74, said rebar being North 89 degrees 43' 11" East, 1129.00 feet from an iron pipe found monumenting the Southwest corner of Randolph Township Lot 74; thence traversing the lands presently in the name of Suokman the following. North 0 degrees 16' 49" West, 990.87 feet to a point on the centerline of Fairgrounds Road (T.H. 45.40 feet wide) and passing over a 1/2" rebar set at 20.62 feet from said centerline of Fairgrounds Road; thence North 15 degrees 39' 00" East along the centerline of Fairgrounds Road 154.64 feet to a point; thence South 0 degrees 16' 40" East, 1028.46 feet to a 1/2" rebar set on the South line of said Lot 74 and passing over a 1/2" second rebar set 20.62 feet from the centerline of Fairgrounds Road; thence South 89 degrees 43 minutes 11' West along the South line of Lot 74 150.00 feet to the true place of beginning. Containing 3.4766 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways, easements, and limitations of record, if any, as surveyed and determined from local records and monumentation in March 1996, by Douglas E. Bedore, P.S. 6023.
