Starting at an iron pin which marks the Southwest corner of Lot 29; thence North 0 deg. 15' 00" W., along the West line of said Lot 29 and the centerline of John Thomas Road (C.H. 137), a distance of 2521.86 feet to an iron pin which is the true place of beginning; thence continuing North 0 deg. 15' 00" West along the previous course, a distance of 150.00 feet to a point; thence South 89 deg. 51' 10" East, passing over an iron pin at 30.00 feet, a distance of 665.54 feet to an iron pin; thence South 0 deg. 07' 45" East, a distance of 150.00 feet to an iron pin; thence North 89 deg. 51' 10" West, passing over an iron pin at 635.23 feet, a distance of 665.23 feet to the true place of beginning and containing 2.291 acres, be the same more or less, but suject to all legal highways.
