In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, "on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, in the Hon. Laurie J. Pittman's Courtroom in Ravenna, in the above named County, on Monday, August 17, 2009, at 12:00 P.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Portage and the State of Ohio, and in the Township of Hiram to-wit:

Starting at the Southwest corner of Lot No. 36; thence S. 89 deg. 6' 40" E., 1937.81 feet along the Southerly line of Lot No. 36 to an iron pipe; thence N. 17 deg. 57' 40" E., 761.09 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 74 deg. 27' 20" W., 141 feet to an iron pipe and the true place of beginning; thence N. 74 deg. 27' 20" W., 330 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 17 deg. 57' 40" E., 450 feet to an iron pipe and being 33 feet Southerly from the centerline of State Route 82; thence S. 74 deg. 27' 20" E., 330 feet along a line parallel to State Route 82 to a point; thence S. 17 deg. 57' 40" W., 450 feet to the true place of beginning in passing over an iron pipe at 7.77 feet, as surveyed by David J. Collier, R. S. 4819, May 1972, be the same more or less.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
