Situated in the City of Kent, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
And known as being part of Franklin Township, Lot Nos. 25 and 26, and bounded as follows:
Beginning at a point in the West line of North Prospect Street at the Northeast corner of land owned by A. Meier, 280 feet North of the North line of West Main Street; thence continuing North on said North Prospect Street, 50.00 feet to the Southeast corner of land owned by Evelyn Bradshaw; thence West along said Bradshaw's South line a distance of 170.00 feet; thence South along the East line of B. & J. Dickerson's land and parallel with North Prospect Street 50.00 feet; thence East along the North line of said Meier's land, a distance of 170.00 feet to the place of beginning. Subject to the use of a 5.00 foot strip of land along the North side of this land running back of equal width 160.00 feet from the West side of North Prospect Street, which shall be used as a common driveway in conjunction with the land adjoining on the North side of the land therein described. Said strip of land to be used as a common driveway to convey 0.18 acres of land in Lot 25 SD 26 and .01 acre of land in Lot No. 26 SD 9.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
