Located in Lot 28; Deerfield Township, Portage County, State of Ohio and being the same property deeded from J. G. and A. A. Weiler to Steve D. Atkin and Jill M. Desatnik in instrument recorded in O. R. Vol. 207, Page 53 and dated June 18, 1997 and being consolidated in this description as follows:
Beginning at a U.S. Corps of Engineers Monument on the East line of Lot 28, S. 00 deg. 42 min. E., a distance of 1339.00 feet from the Northeast corner of Lot 28; thence S. 73 deg. 26 min. 00 sec. W., a distance of 646.72 feet along the common line of the U.S.A. and the South line of the unrecorded Inglado Allotment to a U.S. Corps of Engineers Monument at an angle point in said common line; thence S. 61 deg. 18 min. W., along the said common line a distance of 49.37 feet to an iron pin found at the Southeast corner of this Grantor at the Southwest corner of Lot 6 of the unrecorded Inglado Allotment and now or formerly owned by M. I. Balch and which is the true place of beginning; thence continuing S. 61 deg. 18 min. W., a distance of 106.52 feet along the said common property line to an iron pin found at the Southwest corner of the Grantor at the Southeast corner of land also known as Lot 3 of the unrecorded Inglado Allotment and now or formerly owned by W. E. or V. S. Desatnik at recorded in Vol. 1110, Page 395; thence N. 00 deg. 21 min. W., a distance of 126.51 feet along the common line between Lots 3 and 4 of the said unrecorded Inglado Allotment to an iron pin found on the South line of Berlin Heights Drive, a 25 foot wide private drive and at the Northwest corner of Lot 4 of said unrecorded Inglado Allotment; thence N. 69 deg. 12 min. 30 sec. E., a distance of 100.00 feet along the South line of said Berlin Heights drive to an iron pin found at the Northeast corner of Lot 5 of said unrecorded Inglado Allotment at the Northwest corner of Lot 6 of said unrecorded Inglado Allotment; thence S. 00 deg. 11 min. E., a distance of 110.85 feet along the common line between Lots 5 and 6 of said unrecorded Inglado Allotment, to the true place of beginning and containing 0.2550 acre of land as surveyed and prepared from deed and plats of survey of record by Terrence R. Hornhorst, Registered Land Surveyor in January 2002.

Said Premises Appraised at $185,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
