Also known as being part of Large Lot No. 60 in the South division of lots in said township and more fully described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe found monumenting the intersection of the Northeasterly right-of-way line of Cleveland Road (60 feet wide) with the Northerly right-of-way line of a street also known as Beecher Alley (45 feet wide); thence with said Northeasterly right-of-way line and crossing said Beecher Alley S. 45 deg. 45' 00" E., 105.00 feet to a No. 4 rebar, capped 6023, set at the true place of beginning for the parcel herein to be conveyed; thence the following:
N. 44 deg. 15' 00" E., 180.00 feet along a Southeasterly line of lands of M. or K. Oliver (10/6/95) to an iron rebar found; S. 45 deg. 45' 00" E., 60.00 feet along a Westerly line of lands of J. Schaeffer (6/16/95) to a No. 4 rebar, capped 6023 set; S. 44 deg. 15' 00" W., 180.00 feet along a Northerly line of lands now or formerly owned by Consolidated Foods Corporation (Deed Volume 1008, Page 211) to an iron pipe found bent and replaced by a No. 4 rebar, capped 6023, set on the Northeasterly right-of-way line of said Cleveland Road; N. 45 deg. 15' 00" W., 60.00 feet along said right-of-way to the true place of beginning. Containing 0.248 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways, easements and limitations of record, if any, as surveyed and determined from local records and monumentation in March, 2006, by Douglas E. Bedore, P.S. 6023, of Bedore Surveying, Inc. All bearings are to an assumed meridian, and are used to form angles only.
