Beginning at an iron pin found at the intersection of the South line of said Lot No. 56, with the centerline of Highway No. 211; thence North 0 degrees 40 minutes East along the centerline of Highway No. 211 for a distance of 973.00 feet to an iron pin which marks the true place of beginning of the following described parcel of land; thence continuing 0 degrees 40 minutes East along the centerline of Highway No. 211 for a distance of 100.00 feet to an iron pin. (This pin is located South 0 degrees 40 minutes West a distance of 553.66 feet, from an iron pin at the centerline intersection of Highway No. 211 and Highway No. 88); thence South 89 degrees 04 minutes East for a distance of 887.89 feet to an iron pin in the East line of said Lot No. 56; thence South 0 degrees 30 minutes West along the East line of said Lot No. 56 for a distance of 99.99 feet to an iron pin; thence North 69 degrees 04 West for a distance of 888.18 feet to an iron pin in the centerline of Highway No. 211, which is the true place of beginning, containing 2.040 acres, as surveyed by Lucius F. Converse, Serial No. 1199 in April, 1954, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
