Beginning at a point in the centerline of Bowen Road and being South 17 deg. 09' West, 220.00 feet from an iron pipe at the intersection of said road centerline with the North line of Lot 28; thence South 17 deg 09' West, 170.00 feet along the centerline of Bowen Road; thence South 89 deg. 34' West, 1470.28 feet to an iron pipe in the Grantor's West line and passing over an iron pipe 31 47 feet from the road center; thence North 0 deg. 36' West, 162.06 feet along the Grantor's West line to an iron pipe; thence North 09 deg. 34' East, 1522.11 feet to the beginning and passing over an iron pipe 31 47 feet from the road center, containing 5 566 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways, as surveyed in Sept. 1975 by David J.
