And known as being part of Lot Twenty-one (21) in Rootstown Township, and further described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the centerline of Tallmadge Road, C.H. 18 and being N. 89 deg. West, 87.50 feet from the intersection of said centerline with the West line of Sabin Drive, T.H. 1753; thence N. 89 deg. West, 70.00 feet along the centerline of Tallmadge Road; thence along the Grantor's West line, N. 1 deg. East, 165.00 feet to an iron pipe and passing over an iron pipe 30 feet from the road center; thence N. 89 deg. W., 75.58 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 0 deg. 49' E., 40.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 89 deg. 145.70 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 1 deg. West, 205.00 feet to the beginning and passing over an iron pipe 31 feet from the road center. Containing 0.399 of an acre of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways, as surveyed by David J. Collier, R.S. No. 4819.
