Beginning at a point in the intersection of the Southeasterly corner of Lot 64 and C.H. 87, Waterloo Road; thence N. 89 deg. 00' 00" W., along the Southerly line of Lot 64 and centerline of C.H. 87, a distance of 150.00 feet to a point; thence N. 01 deg. 29' 28" E., (passing over a 5/8" iron rod set at 30.00 feet), a distance of 871.27 feet to a 5/8" iron rod set; thence N. 89 deg. 00' 00" W., a distance of 150.00 feet to a 5/8" iron rod set; thence N. 01 deg. 29' 28" E., a distance of 1839.41 feet to a 5/8" iron rod set in the Northerly line of Lot 64; thence S. 88 deg. 41' 51" E., along the Northerly line of Lot 46 a distance of 299.99 feet to a 1" iron pipe replacing a bent 1/2" iron pipe found at the Northeasterly corner of Lot 64; thence S. 01 deg. 29' 28" W. (passing over a 3/4" iron pipe found at 2679.30 feet) a distance of 2709.10 feet to the beginning, containing 16.6623 acres of land, more or less, as surveyed January 31, 1992 by Rob A. Szuch, Registered Professional Surveyor No. 7288, dba A. Szuch & Associates.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.

If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
