King's Revised Addition to the Village of Ravenna as the same is platted, numbered and recorded in Portage County Records, being 51 feet front by 160 feet deep, being on Crown Avenue, and the same premises conveyed to L. Petrone by James S. Allen Executors by deed dated July 27, 1923, and recorded in Volume 274, Page 434 of Portage County Deed Records, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 8, Portage County Records.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
