Beginning at an iron pipe found at the intersection of the South line of Riddle Avenue and the West line of New Milford Road; thence S. 4 deg. 19' 36" W., a distance of 45.10 feet along the West line of New Milford Road to an iron pipe at the Southeast corner of property now owned by D. & L. Kainrad, which is the true place of beginning; thence S. 87 deg. 03' 44" E., a distance of 30.01 feet to a point on the centerline of New Milford Raod; thence S. 4 deg. 19' 36" W., a distance of 369.23 feet along the centerline of New Milford Road to a point; thence N. 87 deg. 09' 24" W., a distance of 182.05 feet along the North line of property now owned by K. R. A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
