In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, "on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, in the Hon. Laurie J. Pittman's Courtroom in Ravenna, in the above named County, on Monday, June 15, 2009, at 12:00 P.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Portage and the State of Ohio, and in the Township of Ravenna to-wit:

Part of Lot 27 South Division of said township and further described as follows:

Beginning at a 1 inch iron rod marking the centerline of New Milford Road with the South line of Lot 27; thence North 3 deg. 44' East, a distance of 869.04 feet along the centerline of New Milford Road to a point which is the true place of beginning; thence North 88 deg. 43' 42" West, a distance of 1294.25 feet along the Northerly line of property owned by D. & H. Wiley, J. Syslo and M. & J. Errara to an I.P. and passing over I.P.'s at 30.03 feet, 33.70 feet and 419.20 feet; thence North 17 deg. 48' 45" East, a distance of 136.14 feet along the Easterly right of way of SR #5 to an I.P.; thence continuing along the right of way of said road on a curve to the right a distance of 42.46 feet with a delta of 0 deg. 35' 14" radius 4142.19, chord 42.46, bearing North 18 deg. 06' 22" East to an I.P.; thence South 88 deg. 43' 42" East, a distance of 1250.55 feet to a point in the centerline of New Milford Road and passing over I.P.'s at 826.73 feet and 1220.52 feet; thence South 3 deg. 44' West, a distance of 171.30 feet along the centerline of said road to the true place of beginning and containing 5.00 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways, as surveyed by Edward P. Wanchick, Registered Surveyor No. 5756.

Said Premises Appraised at $150,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
