Situated in the Township of Atwater, County of Portage and Sate of Ohio:
And known as being Lot Number Eighty-nine (89) in the Township of Atwater, and being bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point 30 rods East of the Northwest corner of said Lot No. 89; thence South parallel with the West line of said lot, 160 feet; thence East 60 feet parallel with the North line of said lot; thence North 160 feet parallel with said West line; thence West 60 feet on lot line to place of beginning, containing 35-95/363 square rods of land, and is the smae premises deeded to Lorena Sigle by Warranty Deed from Mildred Goodman and Harry E. Goodman, dated October 31, 1904, recorded in Portage County Records of Deeds, Volume 198, Page 474, containing .22 acres. The above conveyance is made, subject to all easements, leases, highways, and zoning laws, if any.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
