Beginning at an iron pin found at the intersection of the East line of Lot 27 and the centerline of T. H. 61, Cartersford Road, at the N.W. corner of land now or formerly owned by J. A. Fullerton; thence S. 00-38 W., a distance of 250.00 feet along the East line of Lot 27 to an iron pipe found at the S.W. corner of lands of Fullerton at the N.W. corner of a certain 0.655 acre parcel now or formerly owned by C. Lampe, 1109/199; thence N. 88-41 E., a distance of 222.26 feet along the common line between lands of Fullerton and Lampe to an iron rod with cap found at the N.E. corner of lands of C. Lampe which is the N.W. corner of the remaining lands of J. Kisner, and the true place of beginning; thence continuing N. 88-41 E., a distance of 103.15 feet to an iron rod found at the S. E. corner of lands of Fullerton on the West line of lands now or formerly owned by E. Price, (see Vol. 560/55); thence S. 00-14 W., a distance of 644.71 feet along the West line of lands of Price to a point on the centerline of S. R. 14, Cleveland-East Liverpool Road and passing over an iron pin found 125.81 feet from said centerline; thence N. 47-30 W., a distance of 452.70 feet along the centerline of S. R. 14, to a point at the S. E. corner of lands of C. Lampe and passing over a point at the intersection of the said centerline and the East line of Lot 27 at 442.88 feet; thence N. 38-25-10 E., a distance of 244.33 feet to an iron rod with cap found at an angle point in the Easterly line of land of C. Lampe; thence N. 29-18-00 E., a distance of 166.41 feet along the common line with lands of C. Lampe to the true place of beginning and containing 2.7973 acres of which 2.7960 acres are in Lot 22 and 0.0013 acre is in Lot 27, as surveyed by Terrence R. Hohnhorst, Registered Professional Land Surveyor Number 5065 in April, 1991.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
