In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, "on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, in the Hon. Laurie J. Pittman's Courtroom in Ravenna, in the above named County, on Monday, April 27, 2009, at 12:00 P.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Portage and the State of Ohio, and in the Township of Shalersville to-wit:

Beginning at an iron pin found at the centerline intersection of Peck Road and Highway No. 219. This iron pin also marks the Northwest corner of Lot No. 14; thence South 89 deg. 41' 30" East, along the centerline of Streeter Road for a distance of 390.73 feet to an iron pin which marks the true place of beginning of the following described parcel of land; thence South 00 deg. 15' 00" West for a distance of 326.70 feet to an iron pin; thence South 89 deg. 41' 30" East for a distance of 100.00 feet to an iron pin; thence North 00 deg. 15' 00" East along the West line of a 9.00 feet wide right of way for a distance of 326.70 feet; to an iron pin in the centerline of Streeter Road; thence 80 deg. 41' 10" West, along the centerline of Streeter Road for a distance of 100.00 feet to the true place of beginning and found to contain 0.75 acres of land as surveyed by Lucius Converse Reg. Sur. No. 1199 in October, 1960.

Containing approximately .723 acres of land.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
