In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, "on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, in the Hon. Laurie J. Pittman's Courtroom in Ravenna, in the above named County, on Monday, April 20, 2009, at 12:00 P.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Portage and the State of Ohio, and in the City of Aurora to-wit:

Being part of Lots No. 10 and 11 in the Andrew Jackson Estates located in the City of Aurora and recorded in Volume 5, Page 49, Portage County Record of Plats. Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot No. 10 of the Andrew Jackson Estates and centerline of Eggleston Road; thence North 3 deg. 49' East along the centerline of Eggleston Road, a distance of 225.00 feet to a point; thence North 88 deg. 01' West, 275.89 feet to a steel pin; thence North 4 deg. 22' East, 125.46 feet to a steel pin which is the true place of beginning; thence North 88 deg. 01' West, a distance of 328.56 feet to a steel pin; thence North 2 deg. 56' East to a pint in centerline of Jackson Road, a distance of 492.48 feet; thence with centerline of Jackson Road South 68 deg. 01' 21" East, 277.66 feet to a point; thence continuing with said Jackson Road South 45 deg. 20' West, 99.58 feet to a point; thence South 4 deg. 22' West, a distance of 330.26 feet to a place of begininng containing 3.271 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways as surveyed by Pat Salarego, Surveyor No. 4504, September 18, 1985.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
