Situated in the Township of Ravenna, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
And known as being part of Lot No. 9 in the East Ravenna Squares, as shown on Plat Volume 5, Page 17-20 of Portage County Records, and beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot No. 9; thence West along the South line of Harding Avenue 207.18 feet to the Northeast corner of land formerly owned by S. E. Foster, now or formerly owned by Sheila A. Reedy; thence South along the East line of said now or formerly Reedy land 180 feet to the Southeast corner thereof; thence West 180 feet alogn the South line of now or formerly Reedy land to the Southwest corner thereof and also being the East line of Glenwood Street; thence South along the East line of Glenwood Street to the Northwest corner of land formerly owned by P. G. and E. Mack, now or formerly owned by L. L. and M. Desimio; thence East along the North line of said now or formerly Desimio land 395.02 feet to the Northeast corner thereof, also being on the West line of Peck Road (C.H. 167); thence North along the West line of Peck Road, 301.80 feet to the place of beginning and containing approximately 1.9 acres, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Said Premises Located at 6281 Peck Road, Ravenna, OH 44266.
Said Premises Appraised at $120,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
