Beginning at a point on the centerline of Whippoorwill Road (T.H. 129) at a spike found at the Northeast corner of said Lot 16; thence South 0 deg. 35' 30" East, and passing over an iron pin at 30.00 feet, a distance of 747.82 feet to an iron pin at the Northeast corner of land conveyed to B. and C. White by deed recorded in Volume 1031, Page 761 of Portage County Records of Deeds; thence South 89 deg. 59' 21" West, along North line of said White's land, a distance of 140.01 feet to an iron pin; thence North 11 deg. 15' 31" West, a distance of 276.09 feet to an iron pin; thence North 89 deg. 33' 59" East, a distance of 50.00 feet to an iron pin; thence North 0 deg. 27' 31" West and passing over an iron pin at 452.22 feet, a distance of 475.22 feet to a point on the centerline of said Whippoorwill Road; thence North 89 deg. 24' 30" East, along said road centerline, a distance of 140.00 feet to a point and the true place of beginning and containing therein 2.5663 acres of land as surveyed in October, 1995 by Jerry W. Daniel, Registered Surveyor No. 6222.
