L. Trexler; thence N. 89 deg. 58' 21" W., a distance of 164.58' along the North line of said Trexler to a point, which is the true place of beginning; thence continuing N. 89 deg. 58' 21" W., a distance of 565.57' along the North line of said Trexler to a point; thence N. 0 deg. 23' 37" W., a distance of 92.79' through the property of the Grantor to an iron pipe; thence S. 80 deg. 40' E., a distance of 573.80' through the property of the Grantor to a point in the North line of M. L. Trexler and the true place of beginning, containing 0.6023 acres of land, more or less, as surveyed by Edward P. Wanchick, Re. Sur. No. 5756.
