Also part of Sublot 35 of Lakeview Crest Allotment No. 3 as recorded in Volume 18, Page 27, of the Portage County Record of Plats and being further described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Sublot 35; thence Northerly a distance of 10.35 feet on a curve to the left (radius 60.00 feet, delta angle 9 deg. 53' 46", chord 10.35 feet, bearing North 10 deg. 05' 23" East) to an iron pipe; thence South 71 deg. 54' 37" East, a distance of 193.62 feet to an iron pipe at the Southeast corner of said Sublot 35; thence North 74 deg. 57' 44" West, a distance of 192.46 feet along the South line of said Sublot 35 to the place of beginning, containing 0.023 acres of land surveyed by A. Kenneth Boydell, Registered Surveyor No. 4434. The above two parcels are now known as Sublot No. 36R of the Lakeview Crest Re-allotment No. 3 as recorded in Plat Book 19, Page 7, of the Portage County Records of Plats, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
