In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, "on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, in the Hon. Laurie J. Pittman's Courtroom in Ravenna, in the above named County, on Monday, March 2, 2009, at 12:00 P.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Portage and the State of Ohio, and in the Township of Franklin to-wit:

Situated in the Township of Franklin, County of Portage and State of Ohio:

And known as being part of Lot No. Seventy-six (76) in Franklin Township and further described as follows:

Beginning at a point in the center line of the Cleveland-Canton Road, State Route 43, S. 1 deg. E., 265 feet from the intersection of the said center line with the South line extended Easterly of the Hockwalt Subdivision, also known as Twin Lakes Allotment, recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 14, Portage County Record of Plats; thence S. 1 deg. East, 30.00 feet along the center line; thence S. 89 deg. 53' W., 87.00 feet, passing over an iron pin at 30 feet to an iron pin at the normal high water line of West Twin Lake; thence N. 1 deg. W., 30.00 feet approximately along the said high water line to the Grantee's Southwest corner; thence N. 89 deg. 53' E., 87.00 feet along the Grantee's South line to the beginning and containing 0.06 of an acre of land.

Beginning at a point two hundred and fifteen (215) feet South of a continuation of the West line of Lot No. 129 of Twin Lakes Allotment, as the same is recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 14, Portage County Records of Plats; thence Easterly along a line parallel with the South line of said Lot No. 129 to the center of the Kent and Streetsboro Road (S.R. 43); thence Southerly along the center line of said road fifty (50) feet to a point; thence Westerly along a line parallel with the Northerly line hereof to the East shore of West Twin Lake; thence Northerly along the East shore of the West Twin Lake to the place of beginning; together with the right to use in common with the Grantor, his heirs and assigns, all that portion of West Twin Lake which was granted to me in deed from Amelia A. Hockwalt, by deed dated December 6, 1915, and recorded in Portage County Records, Book 233, Page 359. Said property further described as beginning at a point in the center of the Kent-Streetsboro Road (S.R. 43) 215 feet South of the continuation of the South line of Lot No. 129 in the Twin Lakes Allotment as the same is platted and recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 14 of Portage County Records of Plats; thence Southerly from said beginning point along the center line of the Kent-Streetsboro Road (S.R. 43), a distance of 50 feet to a point; thence Westerly on a line parallel with the South line of said Lot No. 129 to the East shore of West Twin Lake; thence Northerly along the East shore of West Twin Lake to a point which is a distance of 215 feet from the South line of said Lot No. 129; thence East parallel with the South line of Lot No. 129 to the center of the Kent-Streetsboro Road (S.R. 43) and the place of beginning, containing 0.07 of an acre of land. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
