In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, "on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, in the Hon. Laurie J. Pittman's Courtroom in Ravenna, in the above named County, on Monday, March 2, 2009, at 12:00 P.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Portage and the State of Ohio, and in the Township of Atwater to-wit:

Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 120; thence East a distance of 443.16 feet along the South line of Lot 120 to a point at the Southeast corner of J. Cottrill and which is the true place of beginning; thence North a distance of 295.16 feet to a point on the South line of a certain 3.706 acre parcel; thence East a distance of 233.84 feet to an iron pin on the East line of this Grantor; thence South a distance of 295.16 feet to an iron pin on the South line of Lot 120 and passing over an iron pin 30.00 feet from the lot line; thence West a distance of 233.84 feet along the South line of Lot 120 to the true place of beginning and containing 1.584 acres of land as surveyed by W. D. Sponseller on October 16, 1968.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
