Gilbert; thence North 0 deg. 45' East, along said East line of Gilbert's land, a distance of 75.00 feet to an iron pin; thence North 85 deg. 27' East, and passing over an iron pin at 233.87 feet, a distance of 264.00 feet to a point on the centerline of said Rock Spring Road; thence South 0 deg. 45' West, along said centerline of Rock Spring Road, a distance of 75.00 feet to a point and the true place of beginning and contains therein 0.453 acres of land.
