Beginning at a point in the Easterly line of said Lot 96 at the intersection of the centerline of TH 44, Bassett Road and S.R. 44, Ravenna-Louisville Road; thence S. 00 deg. 18' 00" W., along the Easterly line of Lot 96 and the centerline of S.R. 44, a distance of 578.40 feet to a point which marks the true place of beginning for the following described parcel of land; thence continuing S. 00 deg. 18' 00" W., along the Easterly line of Lot 96 and centerline of S.R. 44, a distance of 181.82 feet to a point at a Northeasterly corner of land now or formerly owned by L. F. McMullen; thence West along said Northerly line of McMullen; thence West along said Northerly line of McMullen (crossing over an iron pipe at 45.68 feet) a distance of 392.75 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 00 deg. 18' 00" E., a distance of 186.16 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 89 deg. 22' 00" E., (passing over an iron pipe at 362.75 feet) a distance of 392.75 feet to the true place of beginning, containing 1.658 acres of land, more or less, as surveyed March 8, 1974, by Albert Szuch, Reg. Sur. No. 5398, Randolph Township, Portage County.
