Being part of Lot 19 in said township and bounded as described as follows:
Thence S. 89 deg. 17' 07" E., along the Northerly line of said Lot 19 and the centerline of T.H. 185 a distance of 1558.16 feet to a point at the Northeasterly corner of land now or formerly owned by Jim L. & Robert W. Jackson (Vol. 1008, Pg. 68) which marks the true place of beginning for the following described parcel of land:
Thence continuing S. 89 deg. 17' 07" E., along the Northerly line of said Lot 19 and the centerline of T.H. 185, a distance of 150.00 feet to a point; thence S. 00 deg. 28' 00" W., (passing over a 1/2" iron rod set at 20.00 feet) a distance of 435.89 feet to a 1/2" iron rod set in the Northerly line of land now or formerly owned by M. L. Barnhart (Vol. 830, Pg. 11); thence N. 89 deg. 20' 00" W., along said Barhart's Northerly line a distance of 150.00 feet to a 1/2" iron pipe found at a Southeasterly corner of land now or formerly owned by H. G. Sr. or D. L. Smith (Vol. 1031, Pg. 1069); thence N. 00 deg. 28' 00" E., along Easterly line of said Smith and the aforementioned Jackson (passing over a 1/2" iron rod set at 416.02 feet) a distance of 436.02 feet to the true place of beginning, containing 1.501 acres of land, more or less, as surveyed June 20, 1988 by Al Szuch & Associates, Registered Professional Surveyor No. 5394.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
