PARCEL NO. 1:
Situated in the City of Kent, county and state aforesaid, and known as being a part of Franklin Township Lot 30 and beginning at an iron pipe on the West side of Hudson Road at the Southeast corner of land owned by John Doathitt, which is S. 14 deg. 48' E., 374.40 feet from the intersection of the Westerly line of Hudson Road with the N. line of Lot 30; thence along the West line of Hudson Road, South 14 deg. 48' East, a distance of 46.00 feet to a point; thence North 86 deg. 37' West, a distance of 150.00 feet to a point; thence North 14 deg. 48' West, a distance of 46.00 feet to an iron pipe in the South line of John Douthitt's land; thence South 86 deg. 37' East, a distance of 150.00 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.15 of an acre of land; also located in Franklin Township Lot 30 in said city. Reference herein made to land of John Douthitt means land now or formerly owned by said Douthitt.

And known as being part of Franklin Township, Lot No. 30 and further described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe in the Westerly line of Hudson Road, said iron pipe being S. 14 deg. 48' East, 370.40 feet from the intersection of the Westerly line of Hudson Road with the North line of Lot No. 30; thence S. 14 deg. 48' East, 4.00 feet along said Westerly road line to an iron pipe at the Northeast corner of parcel deeded to G. E. and Shirley Anderson in Volume 636, Page 325 in the Portage County Deed Records; thence N. 86 deg. 50' West, 150.00 feet to an iron pipe at the Northwest corner of Anderson; thence S. 88 deg. 18' East, 148.82 feet to the beginning and containing 0.0065 of an acre of land, more or less, as surveyed by Walter J. Stockman, Registered Surveyor No. 1976.
Said Premises Located at 952 Hudson Road, Kent, OH 44240.
Said Premises Appraised at $115,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
