Situated in the Township of Randolph, County of Portage, State of Ohio and now being part of Original Lot 65, Subdivision 34 of said township, and further known as being Parcel No. 2 of land conveyed to Todd A. Crandall by Deed Volume 1122, Page 444 of the Portage County Recorder's Office, described as follows:
Beginning at a mag nail found at the centerline intersection of State Route 44, a 60 foot public right of way, with Waterloo Road, C.H. 87-J, a 60 foot public right of way, also the Southwesterly corner of said Original Lot 65; thence North 00 degrees 50 minutes 29 seconds East, along the Westerly line of said Original Lot 65 and centerline of said State Route 44, a distance of 1377.47 feet to the true point of beginning, witnessed by a cross in concrete found South 88 degrees 58 mintues 54 seconds East, at a distance of 29.00 feet; thence prolonging North 00 degrees 50 minutes 29 seconds East, along the Westerly line of said Original Lot 65 and centerline of said State Route 44, a distance of 128.33 feet to a point at the Southwesterly corner of land conveyed to Randolph Township, Portage County, Ohio by Document 200524460 of the Portage County Recorder's Office; thence South 88 degrees 57 minutes 52 seconds East, along the Southerly line of said Randolph Township land a distance of 413.01 feet to a 1/2 inch bar with cap marked "H&A" found; thence South 01 degrees 05 minutes 45 seconds West, along the Westerly line of said Randolph Township land a distance of 128.20 feet to a 1/2 inch bar found on the Northerly line of land conveyed to Richard A. Griffin and Debra F. Griffin by Volume 0970, Page 115 of the Portage County Recorder's Office; thence North 88 degrees 58 mintues 54 seconds West, a distance of 412.44 feet to the true place of beginning, passing through said cross in concrete found at a distance of 383.44 feet. The above described tract of land contains an area of 52937.48 square feet or 1.215 acres as surveyed under the direction of Timothy J. Briggs, PS 7495, Campbell & Associates, Inc. of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio in November of 2005. Basis of bearings is assumed. Subject to all easements and right of ways of public record or as otherwise legally established. Being all of the real property conveyed as Parcel #1 in the General Warranty deed from Olla F. Hillegas, as Grantor, to Todd A. Crandall, as Grantee, dated February 10, 992, filed for record March 2, 1992, as Volume 1122, Page 444-445 in the official records of Summit County, Ohio.

Beginning at a point in the center line of Randolph-Rootstown Road 1325.29 feet North 1 degree 00' East from an iron pipe in the Southwest corner of Lot 65, said pipe being at the point of intersection of said last mentioned road with the Akron-Canfield Road; thence continuing North 1 degree 00' East, along center line of the Randolph-Roostown Road 50.00 feet to a point; thence South 88 degrees 49' East, along the South property line of O. F. Hillegas and the North property line of Hartman (and passing over a cross set in the sidewalk 29.00 feet from said center line) 360.54 feet to an iron pipe, said iron pipe being 52.16 feet West of an iron pipe found at the Southeast corner of the Hillegas property; thence South 0 degrees 45' West, along the East line of property of Hartman 50.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 88 degrees 57' West (and passing over an iron pipe set 30.00 feet from said center line) 360.54 feet to the place of beginning; containing 0.414 of an acre of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. The foregoing description is based upon a survey made in May, 1942 by Herbert C. Belding, Registered Surveyor.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
