In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, "on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, in the Hon. Laurie J. Pittman's Courtroom in Ravenna, in the above named County, on Monday, January 5, 2009, at 12:00 P.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Portage and the State of Ohio, and in the Township of Paris to-wit:

All that parcel of land in Township of Paris, Portage County, State of Ohio, as more fully described in Deed Book 200501905, ID#270350000003002, being part of Lot Thirty-five (35) in said township and further bounded and described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the centerline of Gilbert Road (T.H. 188) said point being N. 89 degrees 40' E., a distance of 1011.32 feet from an iron pin found at the Northwest corner of said Lot 35; thence N. 89 degrees 40' E., along said road centerline, a distance of 150.00 feet to a point; thence S. 0 degrees 18' E., and passing over an iron pin at 30.00 feet, a distance of 1452.00 feet to an iron pin; thence S. 89 degrees 40' W., a distance of 150.00 feet to an iron pin; thence N. 0 degrees 18' W., and passing over an iron pin at 1422.00 feet, a distance of 1422.00 feet, a distance of 1452.00 feet in a point, and the true place of beginning and containing therein 5.000 acres of land surveyed in June, 1978 by Jerry W. Daniel, Registered Surveyor No. 6222. By fee simple deed from Michael E. Cordle, divorced and not remarried as set forth in Deed Book 200501905 dated 11/30/2004 and recorded 01/26/2005, Portage County Records, State of Ohio.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
