Beginning at a point on the centerline of Gilbert Road (T.H. 188) said point being N. 89 degrees 40' E., a distance of 1011.32 feet from an iron pin found at the Northwest corner of said Lot 35; thence N. 89 degrees 40' E., along said road centerline, a distance of 150.00 feet to a point; thence S. 0 degrees 18' E., and passing over an iron pin at 30.00 feet, a distance of 1452.00 feet to an iron pin; thence S. 89 degrees 40' W., a distance of 150.00 feet to an iron pin; thence N. 0 degrees 18' W., and passing over an iron pin at 1422.00 feet, a distance of 1422.00 feet, a distance of 1452.00 feet in a point, and the true place of beginning and containing therein 5.000 acres of land surveyed in June, 1978 by Jerry W. Daniel, Registered Surveyor No. 6222. By fee simple deed from Michael E. Cordle, divorced and not remarried as set forth in Deed Book 200501905 dated 11/30/2004 and recorded 01/26/2005, Portage County Records, State of Ohio.
