Situated in the City of Ravenna, County of Portage and State of Ohio and known as being part of Lot 66, Original Ravenna Township, and also known as being all of that parcel conveyed to M. A. Strickland as recorded in Vol. 1137 at Page 374 of the Portage County Records and described as:
Beginning for reference at a capped rebar found at the intersection of the West line of S. Walnut Street (60' R/W) with the North line of Harris Avenue (40' R/W); thence North 00 deg. 00' 00" East, 110.45' along the West line of said Walnut Street to a 5/8" rebar w/cap set at the place of beginning for the parcel hereinafter described; thence North 89 deg. 06' 10" West, 199.20' to a 5/8" rebar with cap "Wanchik" found; thence North 00 deg. 00' 00" East, 55.00' to a point (witness a 1" pipe found 0.16' East and 0.11" North); thence South 89 deg. 06' 10" East, 199.20' (passing over a 5/8" rebar with cap "Szuch" found at 4.17') to a rebar with cap "Szuch" found in the West line of said Walnut Street; thence South 00 deg. 00' 00" East, 55.00' along the West line of Walnut Street to the place of beginning and containing 0.251 acres of land, more or less as determined from a survey by Stephen P. Campbell, P.L.S. No. 7330 of Campbell and Associates, Inc., in September, 2004. The bearing used for this description are based on an assume meridian and are used to indicate angles only. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways, conditions, restrictions and easements of record, and zoning ordinances, if any.
