And known as being part of Lot #42, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning for reference at a stone marked with a P.K. nail in top 1 inch below grade marking the Northwest corner of Lot #42, Suffield Township, being the true place of beginning for the tract herein described; thence proceeding South 86 deg. 11' 59" East, along the North line of said Lot #42, a distance of 326.10 feet to 5/8 inch iron bar set flush to grade bearing cap NGN 5586, passing over a 5/8 inch iron bar set flush to grade bearing cap NGN 5586 25.00 feet from said stone; thence proceeding South 04 deg. 00' 00" West, parallel with the West line of said Lot #42, a distance of 134.00 feet to a 5/8 inch iron bar set flush to grade bearing cap NGN 5586; thence proceeding North 86 deg. 11' 59" West, parallel with said North line of Lot #42, a distance of 325.10 feet to a P.K. nail set flush to grade on the West line of said Lot #42, passing over a 5/8 inch set flush to grade bearing cap NGN 5586 25.00 feet from said P.K. nail; thence proceeding North 04 deg. 00' 00" East, along the West line of said Lot #42 being the centerline of Martin Road (T.H. 8-A) a distance of 134.00 feet to the place of beginning. The above described tract contains 1.0001 acres of land more or less and is subject to all legal highways and easements of record, as surveyed by Norman G. Nicholas, Registered Surveyor #5586 in December 1989.
