Situtaed in the Township of Nelson, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
And all that certain lands situated in Lot 21, Nelson Township No. 5, Range VI of the Connecticut Western Reserve, County of Portage, State of Ohio. A portion of lands to Robert Wantz as recorded in Volume 1168, Page 33 in the office of the County Recorder further described:
Beginning at a 5/8" iron pin found to mark the centerline intersection of Ely Road (C.H. 288,60 feet wide) with the centerline of Prentiss Road, C.H. 290 (60 feet wide); thence through the lands of the Grantor herein, the following four courses and distances:
South 9 deg. 26' 5" West along the centerline of Prentiss Road, a distance of 293.84 feet to a P.K. nail set to mark a point in said centerline; thence North 89 deg. 50' 00" West (thru a capped 5/8" iron pin set at 30.39) a total distance of 728.58 feet to a capped 5/8" iron pin set to mark a point; thence North 0 deg. 10" East (thru a capped 5/8" iron pin set at 260 feet) a total distance of 290 feet to a P.K. nail set to mark a point in the centerline of Ely Road; thence South 89 deg. 50' 00" East, along the centerline of Ely Road, a distance of 775.91 feet to the point and place of beginning; said land containing 5.008 acres as surveyed and described in June 1997 by Timothy E. Stocker, P.S. 7245 Crabb's Surveying Order 1611; basis of bearings are to an assumed meridian along the centerline of Ely Road South 89 deg. 50' 00" East.
