Situated in the Township of Rootstown, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
And being a part of Original Lot No. 37 in said township and bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at an iron stake at the Northwesterly corner of said Original Lot No. 37; thence South 89 deg. 33' 35" East, along the center line of C.H. 82 (Old Forge Road), 185 feet to an iron pin; thence South 4 deg. 59' 35" East, 1014.9 feet to an iron pin; thence South 86 deg. 11' 25" West, 185 feet to an iron pin set in the Westerly line of said Original Lot No. 37; thence North 4 deg. 56' 55" West, along the Westerly line of said Original Lot No. 37, 1028.6 feet to the place of beginning and containing 4.33 acres of land, be the same more or less as surveyed by Walter S. Piper, Registered Surveyor No. 3526 on May 9, 1959. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
