In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, "on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, in the Hon. Laurie J. Pittman's Courtroom in Ravenna, in the above named County, on Monday, November 3, 2008, at 12:00 P.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Portage and the State of Ohio, and in the Township of Windham to-wit:

And known as being part of Township Lot 100 and further described as follows:

Beginning at a point in the South line of said Lot 100, being North 89 deg. 07' 58" West, a distance of 1098.65 feet from an iron pipe at the Southeast corner of said Lot 100; thence continue North 89 deg. 07' 58" West, along said South line of Lot 100, a distance of 154.49 feet to a point; thence North 00 deg. 12' 13" East, a distance of 1642.54 feet to an iron bar in the centerline of Silica Sand Road (C.H. 253, 40 feet R/W) and passing over a marked stone at 1.43 feet and also passing over an iron pipe found at 1622.54 feet; thence North 85 deg. 54' 27" East along centerline of Silica Sand Road, a distance of 150.34 feet to a point; thence South 00 deg. 02' 45" West, a distance of 1655.60 feet, and passing over an iron pipe at 20.29 feet to the beginning and containing 5.762 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways and easements of record as surveyed by Dennis G. Heasley, Registered Surveyor No. S-5962, June 1973.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
