Known as being a part of the original surveyed Lot #32 of the 3rd Division East of lots in Palmyra Township, County of Portage, State of Ohio, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the post marking the Northwest corner of said Lot 32; thence S. 89 degrees 03' E. and with the North line of said Lot 32, a distance of 2819.52 feet to the stone in the center of Mahoning Road (C.H. 73-F) marking the N.E. corner of said Lot #32; thence S. 0 degrees 50' W. and the centerline of said Mahoning Road and the East line of said Lot #32, a distance of 200 feet to a point on line, marking the N.E. corner of the tract herein described and being the true place of beginning thereof; thence continuing S. 0 degrees 50' W. and with the said road centerline and East lot line, a distance of 200 feet to a point; thence N. 89 degrees 3' W., a distance of 1089 feet to a point; thence N. 0 degrees 50' E., a distance of 200 feet to a point; thence S. 89 degrees 03' E., a distance of 1089 feet to the true place of beginning, containing 5.00 acres of land, more or less, and being subject to all legal highways and easements and restrictions of record, as surveyed by Walter F.
