Beginning at an iron pipe at the Northeast corner of Sublot 5 as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 49 in the Portage County Records; thence South 16 deg. 33' West, 414.89 feet to an iron pipe in the centerline of Jackson Road and being the Southeast corner of Sublot 5; thence North 23 deg. 29' 20" West, 60.00 feet; thence North 59 deg. 40' 48" West, 715.56 feet to a point on the North line of Sublot 5; thence South 88 deg. 36' East, 760.00 feet along the North line of Sublot 5 to the beginning. Containing 3.202 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways, as surveyed by David J. Collier, Registered Surveyor No. 4819, February 1, 1978.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
