Situated in the Township of Charlestown, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
And known as being part of Lots 36 and 37 in Charleston Township and further described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the center line of Newton Falls Road, C.H. 177, S. 81 deg. 09' 50" W., 217.35 feet as measured along said centerline from the Southwest corner of Ranch Club Estates Part V, as recorded in Plat Book 17, Page 16, of the Portage County Records of Plats; thence continuing S. 81 deg. 09' 50" W., 125.00 feet along said centerline; thence N. 0 deg. 25' 30" E., 208.00 feet to an iron pipe passing over an iron pipe 30.40 feet from the centerline; thence S. 89 deg. 55' 20" E, 123.75 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 0 deg. 25' 30" W., 188.60 feet to the beginning passing over an iron pipe 30.40 feet from said beginning and containing 0.562 acres of land, of which 0.123 are in Lot 36 and 0.439 acres are in Lot 37, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways, as surveyed by R. E. Stockman, R. S. #5134, November 5, 1965.

If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
