Situated in the Township of Atwater, County of Portage and State of Ohio located in Lot 1, Atwater Township, Portage County, Ohio and being further described as follows:
Beginning at a monument box at the Northeast corner of Lot 1 on the centerline of S.R. 225, Alliance-Yale Road; thence South, a distance of 203.00 feet along the said lot line and centerline to an iron spike set which is the true place of beginning; thence continuing South, a distance of 195.95 feet along said line to an iron spike set; thence West, a distance of 616.85 feet to an iron rod set on the West line of this Grantor; thence North, a distance of 195.95 feet along said West line of this Grantor to an iron rod set; thence East, a distance of 616.85 feet to the true place of beginning and containing 2.7748 acres of land as surveyed by Terrence R. Hohnhorst, Registered Professional Surveyor Number 5065 in May 1984. Subject to easements and conditions and restrictions of record if any. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
