Situated in the City of Kent, County of Portage and State of Ohio and known as being part of Lots 43 and 44 in Franklin Township and being part of Sublots 6 and 14 in the Soll-Acres Allotment as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 13 in the Portage County Records and further described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe at the Northeast corner of Sublot 14 at the intersection of the North and West lines of Delores Avenue; thence South 10 degrees 06 minutes East, 25.71 feet along the East line of Sublot 14 and the West line of Delores Avenue; thence North 86 degrees 39 mintues West, 181.00 feet along the Grantor's South line to an iron pipe; thence North 3 degrees 21 mintues East, 170.89 feet to an iron pipe in the North line of Sublot 6; thence South 86 degrees 39 minutes East, 175.02 feet along the North line of Sublot 6 to an iron pipe at the Grantor's Northeast corner; thence South 3 degrees 21 mintues West, 145.89 feet along the Grantor's East line to the beginning. Containing 0.688 of an acre of land, be the same more or less as surveyed in July, 1993 by Edward J. Collier, Registered Surveyor No. 7141. Subject to an easement for road purposes as recorded in Deed Volume 1098, Pages 498-500.
