Original Deerfield Township Lot 29 SD 10 and described as follows:
Beginning at a 3/4" iron pipe found in a monument box at the Northwest corner of Lot #29 said point being on the East right of way line of State Route #14 and the South right of way line of U.S. Route 224; thence South 01 deg. 40' 00" West, along the East right of way line of State Route #14, a distance of 1327.21 feet to a 5/8" iron bar set and further known as the true place of beginning for the tract herein described; thence South 88 deg. 22' 36" East, along the line of a tract of land now or formerly owned by W. & L. Wilson (282-495), a distance of 148.50 feet to a 5/8" iron bar set; thence South 01 deg. 40' 00" West along the line of said Wilson Tract and along the line of a tract of land now or formerly owned by W. & B. Cutright (993-740), a distance of 148.50 feet to a 5/8" iron bar set; thence North 88 deg. 22' 36" West, along the line of said Cutright Tract, a distance of 148.50 feet to a 5/8" iron bar set on the East right of way line of State Route #14; thence North 01 deg. 40' 00" East, along the East right of way line of said State Route #14, a distance of 148.50 feet to the true place of beginning. Containing 0.506 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Said Premises Located at 1182 St. Rt. 14, Deerfield, OH 44411.
Said Premises Appraised at $73,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
