Beginning at a point in the East line of said Lot No. 42 which point is N. 0 deg. 28' W., a distance of 3609.93 feet from the Southeast corner of said Lot No. 42 and also being S. 0 deg. 28' E., a distance of 16.00 feet from the Northeast corner of a 95.76 acre parcel of land conveyed to J. Edward Schenz, Trustee, by deed recorded in Deed Book 362, Page 208 of Portage County Records; thence S. 0 deg. 28' E., along the East line of said Lot No. 42, a distance of 100.34 feet to a point; thence S. 89 deg. 27' 40" W., parallel to the South line of said 95.76 acre parcel of land, a distance of 313.34 feet to an iron pipe (an iron pipe is set on the line 30 feet from the East line of said Lot No. 42); thence N. 0 deg. 28' W., parallel to the East line of said Lot No. 42, a distance of 100.67 feet to an iron pipe, which iron pipe is 16.00 feet from the North line of said 95.76 acre parcel of land; thence N. 89 deg. 31' 30" E., parallel to and 16.00 feet South of the North line of said 95.76 acre parcel of land, a distance of 313.34 feet to the place of begining and contains 0.68 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways, as surveyed by W. S. Mathews in August, 1941. (An iron pipe is set on this line 30 feet from East line of said Lot No. 42).

Situated in the Township of Suffield, County of Portage and State of Ohio, being the middle one-third of Lot No. 9, Himebaugh Farm and further known as being part of Lot No. 42, further bounded and described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at a point in the East line of said Lot No. 42, which points is N. 0 deg. 28' W., a distance of 3609.93 feet from the Southeast corner of said Lot No. 42 and also being S. 0 deg. 28' E., a distance of 16.00 feet from the Northeast corner of a 95.76 acre parcel of land conveyed to J. Edward Schenz, Trustee, by deed recorded in Deed Book 362, Page 208 of Portage County Records; thence S. 89 deg. 31' 30" W., parallel to and 16.00 feet South of the North line of said 95.76 acre parcel of land, a distance of 313.34 feet to an iron pipe and the true place of begining of the land herein described; thence S. 0 deg. 28' E., parallel to the East line of said Lot No. 42, a distance of 100.67 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 89 deg. 27' 40" W., parallel to the South line of said 95.76 acre parcel of land a distance of 283.33 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 0 deg. 28' W., parallel to the East line of said Lot No. 42, a distance of 101.00 feet to an iron pipe; which iron pipe is 16.00 feet South of the North line of said 95.76 acre parcel of land; thence N. 89 deg. 31' 30" E., parallel to and 16.00 feet South of the North line of said 95.76 acre parcel of land, a distance of 283.33 feet to the true place of beginning and contains 0.66 acre of land as surveyed by W. S. Mathews in August, 1941, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Situated in the Township of Suffield, County of Portage and State of Ohio, being the West one-third of Lot 9, Himebaugh Farm and further known as being part of Lot No. 42, further bounded and described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at a point in the East line of said Lot No. 42, which point is N. 0 deg. 28' W., a distance of 3609.93 feet from the Southeast corner of said Lot No. 42 and also being S. 0 deg. 28' E., a distance of 16.00 feet from the Northeast corner of a 95.76 acre parcel of land conveyed to J. Edward Schenz, Trustee, by deed recorded in Deed Book 362, Page 208 of Portage County Records; thence S. 89 deg. 31' 30" W., parallel to and 16.00 feet South of the North line of said 95.76 acre parcel of land, a distance of 596.67 feet to an iron pipe and the true place of beginning of the land herein described; thence S. 0 deg. 28' E., parallel to the East line of said Lot No. 42, a distance of 101.00 feet to iron pipe; thence S. 89 deg. 27' 40" W., parallel to the South line of said 95.76 acre parcel of land, a distance of 283.33 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 0 deg. 28' W., parallel to the East line of said Lot No. 42, a distance of 101.32 feet to an iron pipe, which iron pipe is 16.00 feet South of the North line of said 95.76 acre parcel of land; thence N. 89 deg. 31' 30" East parallel to and 16.00 feet South of the North line of said 95.76 acre parcel of land a distance of 283.33 feet to the true place of beginning and contains 0.66 acres of land as surveyed by W. S. Mathews in August, 1941, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Said Premises Appraised at $60,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
