And more fully described as a tract of land in Township Lot No. 67 beginning at a point in the centerline of the Ravenna-Hudson Road and the boundary line of Mabell Hill and the Kindice Stewart Lake Allotment 1; running thence S. 53 deg. 54' E., along the centerline of the highway a distance of 301.47 feet to the true place of beginning; thence S. 53 deg. 54' E., 75.37 feet along the centerline of the highway to a point; thence N. 41 deg. 47' E., 350.00 feet to an iron pin; thence S. 41 deg. 47' W., 357.43 feet to the place of beginning, containing 0.606 acres, iron pins being set 30.15 feet from the centerline of the highway.

Beginning at a point in the Southeast corner of Kindice's recorded Allotment 1, which point is in the centerline of the Hudson-Ravenna Road so called; thence S. 53 deg. 54' E., along the centerline of said road, 376.84 feet to a point the true place of beginning; thence N. 14 deg. 47' E., 350 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 48 deg. 13' E., 75 feet to an iron pin; thence S. 14 deg. 47" W., 342.54 feet to the centerline of the aforementioned road; thence N. 53 deg. 54' W., along the centerline of said road 75.37 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.5973 acres of land. Iron pins being set 30.10 feet from the centerline of said road.

Iron pins being set 30.10 feet from the centerline of said road. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
