Beginning at the Southwest corner of a 6.51 acre tract deeded to Dale Helser and being a point in the center line of the Akron-Canfield Road, U.S. Route 224, S. 88 deg. 31' 30" E., a distance of 318.82 feet from the intersection of said center line with the center line of the S. R. 183 Edinburg-Alliance Road; thence N. 0 deg. 59' 24" E., 727.64' to an iron pin; thence S. 89 deg. 02' 17" E., 495.74' to an iron pin; thence S. 0 deg. 59' 24" W., 484.58' to an iron pin; thence N. 88 deg. 31' 30" W., 301.03' to an iron pin; thence S. 0 deg. 59' 24" W., 247.50' to the center of U.S.R. 224; thence N. 88 deg. 31' 30" W., along the center of said road, 194.72' to the place of beginning and containing 6.50 acres as surveyed by Walter J. Stockman, Reg. Surveyor No. 1976.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
